Description: locally harvested spruce roots treated and crochet into bag frame, with woven wool and burlap lining.

Earnings: Selkies Delight earrings
Description: 3” Seaweed floaters sealed with resin topped with resin pearls made with pearl mica powder and stainless-steel latch back hooks. Selkies felt outdone by the Merrows and need bigger bling.
Media used: large seaweed floater tops, stainless steel latch back hooks, pearl mica powder, two-part resin.
Techniques used: seaweed floaters dried and cut into various sizes. Dipped in a two-part resin and hung to dry then pearl treasures are threaded and topped with silver filigree bead toppers and attached to lever back hooks.
Total hours: 12 hours.
