Description: Hand felted wool jumper embellished with needle felted shells, freehand machine laced seaweed and hand embroidered knots. Hand assembled with naturally died yarn.
Media used: 100% natural raw sheep’s wool & 100% alpaca wool, dissolvable fabric, 100% cotton threads, natural dyes (seaweed, iron, ferns, St John’s wort).
Techniques used: Nuno felting, needle felting, hand stitching, free hand machine lacing, hand embroidery, natural vat dye.
